Lo chef Ryogo Tahara, nato a Hokkaido in Giappone, dopo aver iniziato la sua carriera in un ristorante italiano a Sapporo,
è stato lungamente nelle cucine stellate d'Italia, sotto chef come Gennaro Esposito nella Torre del Saracino (Vico Equense - NA)
e Maurilio Garola de La Ciau del Tornavento (Treiso - CN).
Nel 2015, tornato in Giappone, ha completato la sua esperienza come sous-chef
per 3 anni nel ristorante "bistellato" Florilège (Tokyo) di Hiroyasu Kawate.
