Conquistano la "Stella" i ristoranti Gourmetstube 1897 del Quellenhof Luxury Resort (San Martino in Passiria - BZ) di Michael Mayr, che sale dal 19° all'8° posto e Il Porcino (Badia - BZ) di Marco Verginer, che sale dal 47° al 43° posto
Perde la "Stella" il ristorante Zum Lowen (Tesimo - BZ) della chef Anna Matscher, che, trasferito nei nuovi locali di Tesimo (BZ), scende dal 15° al 27° posto.
